Private health insurance
We welcome patients with private health insurance. HICAPS lets us process claims for participating funds at the practice. Your rebate and any gap depend on your policy, item numbers, waiting periods, annual limits and remaining benefits.

Can I use Medicare for my dental visit?
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule covers certain services for eligible children. Medicare does not generally cover routine adult dental care. Ask us to check the relevant arrangements before treatment.
Which payment plans can I use?
The practice’s existing information lists National Dental Plan and DentiCare. Contact the team to confirm current availability and the terms for your proposed treatment.
Can I claim CDBS and private insurance for the same service?
You cannot claim both for the same dental service. Ask the team to explain your billing options before treatment.
